Guild Education

Data doesn't have to be dull.

I partnered with Guild to art direct and design a one off Momentum Report highlighting how companies like Chipotle Mexican Grill, Target, Spectrum, and Shipt are investing in employee education and growth. Using Guild's color palette and typography as the anchor, I built a custom visual system that pushed beyond traditional brand constraints, with curated and manipulated graphics tailored for six partner companies.

The result is a report designed to be shared, not shelved, and one that feels expressive, human, and celebratory while still maintaining clarity and credibility.

The Momentum Report was designed as a flexible system that could scale across six different partner companies while still feeling cohesive. The core layout, typography, and structure remained consistent to maintain a strong connection to Guild’s brand, while color was used as the primary differentiator for each company. This was a deliberate decision that allowed each report to feel distinct and recognizable to its audience, balancing Guild’s identity with visual cues pulled from each partner brand. The result was a unified design language that felt custom rather than templated.

In addition to the report, we created a series of custom awards that companies could share internally to celebrate employee milestones and achievements. These included recognitions like the Level Upper and the Boundary Pusher, designed to feel motivating, playful, and meaningful rather than corporate or generic. The awards extended the visual system beyond the report itself, giving companies tangible, shareable moments to recognize growth and reinforce the impact of investing in education.
