The HubSpot Podcast Network brings together a diverse lineup of shows focused on business, marketing, technology, and entrepreneurship. 

During my time at HubSpot, I had the opportunity to brand multiple podcast cover images and create design systems that gave each show a distinct identity while keeping everything cohesive within the broader HubSpot brand.

The Growth Show is a podcast from HubSpot that explores how today’s most innovative leaders, founders, and creators think about growth, not just in business but in ideas, culture, and impact. Rather than focusing on quick hacks or surface-level tactics, the show dives into the deeper stories behind success, including the pivots, failures, mindset shifts, and long-term strategies that drive meaningful progress. Each episode blends thoughtful interviews with narrative storytelling, positioning growth as an evolving process rather than a finish line.

The visual identity of The Growth Show mirrors this philosophy. The abstract, layered head silhouette represents the internal nature of growth, including curiosity, experimentation, and cognitive friction. Organic, topographic lines suggest constant movement and exploration, echoing the nonlinear paths discussed on the podcast. The central burst of light symbolizes moments of insight and breakthrough, while the textured, editorial aesthetic nods to journalism and long-form thinking. Together, the design reinforces the show’s core message that growth is complex, messy, and deeply human, and that is where the most valuable ideas are found.
